Please take a moment to read the regulations and familiarize yourself with the terms of use if you want your ads to be visible.

1. Registration:

To successfully post an ad on our website, you must first register. After filling in the required fields for new user registration, an activation link will be sent to your email address. Once you complete the registration and confirm your email, the Seksiportal Team will need to verify and approve your account to prevent abuse and unauthorized activities (this may take 1-2 hours). Registration is free and necessary to prevent misuse and to protect existing users from malicious users. The data entered during registration remains confidential.

2. Advertising:

After registration, each user can post a maximum of one main ad. A single user can open up to three accounts, each with a different email address. The main ad will be visible on the homepage and in the subsection pages. Users create the ad content themselves and can upload up to 40 images.

3. Important Notice:

The website seksiportal.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the content in the ads, contact details, or any other information provided by advertisers. The advertiser who posted the ad is solely responsible for its content.

seksiportal.com does not mediate any agreements between users and is therefore not responsible for the accuracy of the ads or the quality of the services mentioned.

We reserve the right to remove any ad for which we receive a complaint, if we determine that the complaint is valid.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Posting false information in ads

• Posting someone else's data in ads

• Posting ads in incorrect categories

• Posting fake images will result in user suspension

• Posting links, images, or videos in ads that direct users to other advertising websites

4. Rules that all portal members must follow:

It is strictly prohibited to post ads outside of the relevant category. All users are required to post their ads in the appropriate category.

Users who do not comply will receive a warning, and the disputed ads will be removed. If violations continue, after the third offense, the account will be suspended and deleted, and the user will be permanently banned from creating new accounts or posting ads on the portal.

Therefore, we kindly ask all portal members to adhere to the rules to avoid any issues.
