Is the advertiser asking me to pay in advance?

If the advertiser requests payment in advance (for any reason), click on "Report Ad" and submit a report. Only fraudulent advertisers ask for money upfront. If you still choose to send money in advance, you do so at your own risk, and no one can guarantee the service. If you paid via credit card, try to request a refund or file a complaint with your bank. We are an advertising platform and cannot assist with such matters.

When is site support available?

Site support is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you send an email outside these hours or after purchasing a package, you will receive a response at 9:00 AM (sometimes even earlier). (THIS IS TEMPORARY.)

How to report an ad?

When reporting an ad, use a valid email and provide evidence for your claim. Otherwise, your report will not be reviewed.

Strictly prohibited ads

Zoophilia, sodomy, and pedophilia are strictly prohibited in any form! If visitors notice any ads containing references to such content, we ask that they report them immediately. Advertisers posting such content will be permanently banned, and additional measures will be taken against them.

How can I protect myself from fraudsters?

  • If you are asked to make an advance payment (via Bitcoin, postal payment, e-banking, PayPal, etc.), NEVER accept it! Report such ads to us.

  • Fraudsters often ask for advance payments.

  • Look for ads with "VERIFIED" icons or green verification badges, as those have been reviewed by us.

Are all ads genuine, and are all details accurate?

We prioritize ad quality! Every new or modified ad is reviewed and approved by SEXY PORTAL moderators before publication.

How can I contact the advertiser?

The advertiser's contact number is available on each ad.

Do you arrange meetings with advertisers?

No. We are an escort ads platform, not an escort agency.
If you want to book a meeting, contact the advertiser directly using the contact details in their ad profile.

Why was my account deleted after registration?

After completing registration, advertisers have 15 minutes to upload a photo to their main ad. If they fail to do so, the account will be permanently deleted.

Prohibited ad titles and descriptions

  • Titles must not be too long, contain city names, emojis, or contact details (email, phone numbers, etc.).

  • Descriptions must not be too short (e.g., just two words, emojis, or contact details).

  • If you want to receive calls, be creative with short and engaging descriptions.

  • We reserve the right to edit ad content on SexyPortal.com.

Prohibited images

  • Uploading branded images from other websites is strictly forbidden.

  • Low-resolution images will be removed.

Is the platform really free?

Yes, completely free. However, PREMIUM and VIP PREMIUM members pay to keep their ads at the top of categories and the homepage, receiving up to 100 times more visits.
Regular advertisers do not need to pay but have a free ad expiration period of 7-90 days.

What is the 7-day expiration policy?

  • All free ads last for 7 days. After 7 days, the account is completely deleted and cannot be restored.

  • Advertisers receive an email notification 24-48 hours before ad expiration.

  • After account deletion, the advertiser must register again.

How do I upload pictures?

  • On your ad profile, you will find an option to upload pictures.

  • Maximum size per image: 5 MB

  • Maximum number of photos: 100

  • Allowed formats: JPG, PNG (GIF images are prohibited and will be removed).

How do I upload a video?

  • On your ad profile, you will find an option to upload a video.

  • Maximum size per video: 50 MB

  • Maximum number of videos: 8

  • Supported format: .mp4

Is my privacy protected?

Absolutely! We take privacy protection seriously and enforce a strict privacy policy.

  • Your date of birth is never published (used only to calculate your age).

  • No personal data is required beyond what is necessary.

Can I hide my ad while on vacation?

Yes!

  • In your profile, click the "PRIVATE PROFILE" button (visible only when logged in).

  • When activated, the button turns PINK, making your profile invisible.

  • Your profile and photos are not deleted, just hidden.

  • When you're back, click the PINK "ACTIVATE PROFILE" button—it will turn RED, making your profile visible again.

Can I temporarily change my location?

Yes.
When editing your profile, click on "SAVE CHANGES", simply select a new country or city, and press "Update Profile." Your ad will now be displayed in your new location.

How do I delete my profile when I no longer want to advertise?

Contact us via the CONTACT FORM and request profile deletion. The request must be submitted from the valid email address you used for registration.

Can I add website addresses like OnlyFans or Instagram?

Yes, of course.
Currently, the option to add a website is disabled. If you want a page like OnlyFans or Instagram to appear in your ad, simply contact us so we can add the link to your ad. Only paid users can add a webpage because we provide a hyperlink that directs visitors to the specific page.
Standard advertisers can still include their OnlyFans or Instagram pages in their ad description. However, if you include a page that contains a phone number, your account will not be approved.

How many accounts am I allowed to have on the Sexy Portal website?

You can open as many accounts as you want, but each account must use a different email address during registration.

How do I bring my ad back to the homepage?

Contact us via the CONTACT FORM to have your ad restored to the homepage. You can only request this if your ad is older than 24 hours (for male ads, the waiting time is 48 hours).
Paid ads always have priority over free ads and follow different rules. If you have multiple free ads, you can only request a homepage refresh for one of them.

Homepage restoration for PREMIUM and VIP users

If a PREMIUM or VIP PREMIUM user has multiple free ads in addition to paid ones, free ads can be restored up to 3 times per day for PREMIUM users and 10 times per day for VIP users (Paid users will receive detailed rules about this).

What can I do to attract more visitors?

  • Stay active: Log in to the Sexy Portal at least a few times a week.

  • Provide detailed information in your ad: We have an extensive filtering system, and clients cannot find you with just a few personal details. Avoid making your ad description too short, and make sure the ad title is neither too long nor too short to be eye-catching.

  • Update your photos: Change your main ad picture at least once a week to attract more attention.

  • Photo verification: Verify your profile pictures. This increases client trust, and verified ads receive significantly more views than unverified ones.


Agency Ads

How many free ads can an agency have?

If an agency has 3 active ads, the next one (the 4th ad) must be a PREMIUM or VIP ad. For every three free ads, the next one must be a paid ad.


Video Online

Why am I receiving a warning that my ad must be paid?

Advertisers who post ads offering video calls, webcam services, or similar content will receive a notification stating that such ads do not qualify as free ads and must be paid.


Strictly Prohibited

Sharing Premium or VIP Premium accounts

Any advertiser who deliberately shares their Premium or VIP account with another user will be immediately removed from promotions. Sharing or transferring an account when you are not actively running a promotion is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in losing your promotion privileges.

How can I purchase a paid banner on your website?
